About Froda
Froda was founded in 2015 and is today one of Sweden's fastest-growing fintech startups. Our mission is to challenge the traditional banking industry by offering a data-driven and digital financial product built specifically for small businesses - a segment widely neglected by traditional banks. The Froda team consists of people with a mixed background from tech and finance, including Klarna, Spotify, Google and SEB.
About the role
Froda is at unique period of growth where we want to ensure a great customer experience. You will be the team’s "CRM and Marketing automation expert", focusing on managing and developing the customer journey.
What you will do
- Explore and manage all channels and communication activities within CRM communication (email, SMS, push and post)
- Life cycle trigger programs for a more personalized and real time customer experience - in all phases of the customer journey
- Drive actions to increase leads from potential customers and increase loyalty among existing customers, e.g. campaigns and targeted offers
- Create communication with the purpose to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and to reduce churn
- Develope and implement marketing automation segmentation and trigger strategy
- Collaborate with and set requirements towards our tech department to ensure best in class CRM functionality
- Define metrics and analyse prioritized KPIs with the purpose to increase LTV and optimize performance of flows
- Develop our customer insights; execution of customer surveys and conduct customer feedback
- Follow-up reporting of actions and performance to deliver annual business goals - with close collaboration with Growth Manager and Operations Officer
- Participate in channel development and other projects together with other internal stakeholders within Tech, Product, Marketing, Data, Analysis and Customer Service.
- Set hypotheses and conduct A/B tests

Who are you?
- Analytical and data-driven
- Experience working with a CRM / Marketing Automation tool (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Adobe Marketing cloud or similar)
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written Swedish
- Experience of A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results
- Understands the importance of the customer journey, sense a customer’s perceived and experienced value. You are passionate about creating remarkable customer service
- Minimum of 1 year experience of working with CRM & Marketing Automation
- You enjoy both analysing and to execute where you are able to see result upon your actions
