As a Business Operation Associate, you will manage customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction. In addition, you will work closely with our team of experts to resolve customer issues, provide product information, prepare cases, and handle other customer requests that may arise.
You must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service best practices to succeed in this role. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.

Experiences and skills that can be relevant for the role:
Fluency in Swedish and English: You must be proficient in both languages as a Business Operation Associate serving the Swedish and European markets. You will need to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
Customer service experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role benefits this position. You should demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service and be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
Problem-solving skills: As a Business Operation Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers resolve issues and solve their problems. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet to create creative solutions to customer challenges.
