As a Customer Success Agent, you will manage customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction. In addition, you will work closely with our team of experts to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and handle any other requests that may arise.
You must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service best practices to succeed in this role. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.

Experiences and skills that could be relevant for the role:
Fluency in Swedish and English: As a Customer Success Agent serving the Swedish and European market, you must be proficient in both languages. You will need to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
Customer service experience: Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential for this position. You should demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service and be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
Problem-solving skills: As a Customer Success Agent, you will be responsible for helping customers resolve issues and find solutions to their problems. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet to come up with creative solutions to customer challenges.
Computer proficiency: You will be working with various software and systems to support our customers, so you must be comfortable using a computer and have strong technical skills.
Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role, as you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and handling sensitive financial information. You should be attentive to detail and work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
