About the role

We're on the hunt for an Office Manager eager to shape the optimal working environment. If you're a proactive go-getter looking to elevate our Stockholm office experience, you might be the star we're seeking!

In this role, you will:

• Oversee various areas including event planning (e.g., after-works, conferences, trips) both internally and externally.
• Preserve and enrich our unique company culture.
• Handle daily office operations, including purchasing, research, vendor management, and event planning.
• Assist staff and operations with administrative tasks as needed.
