About the role
Join our Operations team as a highly-skilled CRM Specialist and be at the forefront of transforming our customer relationship management. At Froda, this role offers you the unique opportunity to assume full responsibility for revolutionizing our CRM strategies and enhancing operational efficiency.
As a CRM Specialist, your core responsibilities will revolve around developing and overseeing projects, implementing data-driven initiatives, and optimizing customer flows and journeys. Moreover, you will actively contribute to our product marketing endeavors and campaigns, all with a laser focus on boosting our key performance indicators, primarily conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
In your pursuit of operational excellence, you will work collaboratively with our Product, Tech, and Operations teams. Together, we'll uncover ways to utilize the CRM tool for greater efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that our customer relationships and operational processes are taken to the next level.
- Strategically Manage CRM Platform: Oversee and optimize our CRM platform through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and other relevant technical partners to ensure efficient operation.
- Craft and Execute CRM Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM roadmap and strategy to enhance customer relations.
- Design and Implement Automated Customer Journeys: Take the lead in creating streamlined customer journeys driven by data, using analytics to improve user experiences and implement necessary enhancements.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and provide recommendations for positive changes.
- Strategic Marketing Automation: Plan and execute marketing automation initiatives and A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- KPI Definition and Reporting: Define, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
- Product Marketing: You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams and play a crucial role in our product marketing endeavors, contributing to educating and engaging our customers about our offerings and launches.
- Collaboration with Content Creators: Collaborate with content creators to identify, develop, and deliver relevant and compelling newsletter marketing, automated emails, in-app push notifications, and other automated communication strategies.
Who you are
- 2-3 years of relevant experience working in CRM, building campaigns, and automation (Hubspot knowledge is beneficial).
- Project manager skills, driving CRM development from A to Z, involving the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Good understanding of email and push marketing, CRM metrics, performance management, and testing.
- Can-do attitude with a high attention to detail.
- Organized, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
- A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to customers as possible, communicating clearly and effectively with consistency.
- A team player with solid communication skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English
