About the role

As a Pre Collection Agent, you will assist our customers with various payment solutions, with the aim of helping them get their repayments back on track. Therefore, it's essential that you can build trust and understand the customer's needs.
You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations and data, make sound judgments, and create individual solutions to succeed in this role.
The phone will largely be your primary tool, so it's important that you are used to managing customer contacts. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
You will actively participate in developing processes and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our internal pre-collection function, to ensure that we can take care of and serve our customers in the best possible way.

Experiences and skills that can be relevant for the role:
Fluency in Swedish and English: You must be proficient in both languages as a Pre Collection Agent serving the Swedish and European markets. You will need to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
Customer service or collection experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role benefits this position. You should demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service and be able to handle customers professionally and courteously.
Problem-solving skills: As a Pre Collection agent, you will be responsible for helping customers resolve issues and present solutions to their problems. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet to create creative solutions to customer challenges.
Computer proficiency: You will be working with various software and systems to support our customers, so you must be comfortable using a computer and have strong technical skills.
Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role, as you will manage customer accounts and handle sensitive financial information. You should be attentive to detail and work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
