About the role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, essential in providing high-quality support and contributing to their overall satisfaction. Your talent for understanding customer needs, coupled with your problem-solving skills, will not only resolve their issues but also enrich their experience with Froda.

You will

• Deliver exceptional customer service via email, and phone.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide product and service information, highlighting features beneficial to customers.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Collect and report customer feedback to aid in enhancing our services.

Who you are

• You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
• Experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred.
• You have an empathetic approach to handling customer queries and complaints.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating customer support platforms and tools.
