About the role

As a Product Manager at Froda, you will own a dedicated product area and lead a cross-functional team focused on solving meaningful challenges for our customers and partners. Together, you will design and deliver solutions that make financing easier, faster, and more impactful for small businesses. In this role, you will focus on Froda’s partner products. These are API-first solutions enabling  banks, fintechs, and platforms to embed Froda’s lending directly into their own customer journeys. This means working closely with partners and developers, creating APIs that are scalable, trustworthy and easy to integrate with.

To succeed in this role, you will combine strong communication and stakeholder management skills with analytical thinking and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with teams across Froda, as well as with external partners, driving initiatives from idea to execution while balancing partner needs, customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

In your role you will

• Own and evolve Froda’s API-based partner products, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and follow-up

• Work closely with partners and internal teams to understand integration needs and real-world usage, turning insights into scalable product decisions

• Collaborate with engineering on high-quality API design, versioning strategy, performance standards, and long-term maintainability

• Build strong relationships across engineering, commercial teams, and partners to create alignment, trust, and smooth execution

• Ensure a great developer and partner experience through clear requirements, documentation, and predictable behavior

Who you are

• Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial economics or a related field

• Fluency in Swedish and English (written & verbally)

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead in a technologically innovative environment.

• A good technical understanding is required. You ideally have a technical background and/or experience as a Product Manager for API-first or developer-facing products. Experience in fintech, open banking, or e-commerce is a plus.
