About the role

As Froda continues to scale across Europe, we’re looking for a Financial Controller who enjoys working with numbers, data, and financial analysis.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work close to the underlying data behind the business understanding how our lending performs, how financial metrics develop, and turning that into insights that help the company make better decisions.

You will work closely with the Finance team while collaborating with colleagues across the business to support financial reporting, analysis, and planning.

What you will do

• Support financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting

• Work with large datasets to understand financial and operational performance

• Extract and analyze data from our data warehouse (Snowflake)

• Build analyses and models that support business decisions and follow-up

• Help validate and reconcile financial and operational metrics

• Contribute to improving reporting structures and financial processes

• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Analytics, and Product
  

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative field

• Recently graduated or have 1–2 years of relevant experience, experience from the financial or banking industry is a plus

• Strong interest in numbers, data, and financial analysis

• Enjoy analysing complex data and presenting it in understandable formats and graphs

• Comfortable working with large datasets

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or similar tools, and ability to work with data warehouses such as Snowflake

• Curious, analytical, and structured in how you approach problems

• Fluent in English & Swedish
