We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help steer our Lending Platform team to develop and maintain a scalable platform that powers key business financing capabilities and innovations.

About the role

In this role, you will lead the team responsible for the lending platform that powers our SME loan issuance across all markets and channels. Your team's work will involve designing and building loan products, from defining their structure and payment terms to developing systems for cost calculation, payment plans, and tracking loans that deviate from the agreed terms. Additionally, you will oversee the infrastructure for loan disbursement, ensuring smooth payouts, and collaborate on deciding which repayment methods to offer.

To succeed in this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across our functions of tech, finance, compliance, and operations. You will be responsible for driving projects forward in line with business goals, using your analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to solve problems and ensure successful execution and completion.

In your role you will

• Grasp platform structure: Understand the platform’s architecture, capabilities, and limitations while staying engaged with the technical aspects.

• Support team collaboration: Build strong relationships, enhance team trust, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels heard.

• Communicate effectively: Engage with stakeholders, gather input, and keep all parties informed, especially during times of change.

• Drive results: Maintain focus on team OKRs and ensure your work delivers impactful results aligned with business goals.

Who you are

• Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial economics or a related field

• Fluency in Swedish and English (written & verbally)

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead in a technologically innovative environment.

• A good technical understanding is a requirement and especially deep interest and experience in certain areas such as finance, fintech, payments or e-commerce.

• Leadership experience with proven strong team satisfaction
